We use natural honey and real ingredients — no artificial stabilisers. Because of this, your gel may sometimes crystallise.
Don’t worry, this is totally normal and doesn’t impact performance. Just warm it in your hands or pop it in warm water for a few minutes and it’ll smooth right out.

They are okay flavors however the amount of crystallization makes them hard to actually use and eat. You do get a warning that this may happen in cold weather however did not expect this to happen whilst in 12+ degrees outside but kep in a warm home, it’s not convenient to put them in warm water. The amount of crystallization made the texture like eating flavored hard sugar
I gave you a 4 star as there was a couple of packets that were split open and I know the dates were very close to ending that you did put a leaflet in explaining . Apart from that I think these are excellent as I suffer from hypos not very often and these sort it out straight away . They are easy to keep in a bag as they are small
Great flavours! Honey is the best way for me to treat hypos, so I’m very happy to be able to carry it with me :)
Bought these for easy and on the go treatments, work very well without spiking me afterwards.
Really great hypo treatment! Wish I could just order the flavours I prefer but they’re always out of stock. My only negative is sometimes they can be hard to open if having quite a bad hypo and alone.
