My Why

I started this brand as a type 1 diabetic who was just fed up with the lack of natural, simple options out there. Everything felt overly processed, full of ingredients I didn’t feel good about—especially while I was on my own health journey. I was completing a course in functional medicine at the time and I just knew there had to be a better way. I wanted something I could trust, that actually worked, and tasted good too.

As I started developing the gels, I realised we also needed fun, exciting flavours—especially for young adults and kids. I know how tough it can be for parents navigating type 1 with their children, and I wanted to create something that could help make life a bit easier.

This brand isn’t just about the gels—it’s about community. About bringing people together, sharing experiences, and supporting one another on whatever path they’re on. Whether you’re managing type 1, training for a marathon, or just trying to get through a busy day, these gels are here to give you a boost—naturally.

Made in the UK, with a Lot of Love

We make all our gels right here in the UK, using ingredients from other awesome small businesses. Our honey comes from an organic farm in Derby (it tastes unreal), and we pack every order by hand, just real people making sure everything’s just right.

We’re all about keeping it natural, supporting local, and doing things properly. From our ingredients to our packaging, we put a lot of care into every step.
